All items are carefully packaged before shipping to their destination. If, however, for some reason your items arrived damaged, please contact Disney Themes within 7 days of receiving your item.

At this point we will ask that you return the item. Once received we will ship you out an identical, undamaged, replacement along with a money order to refund your

shipping costs.

If the item is no longer in stock; we will issue a full refund.
